Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return window, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase. If you cannot locate your confirmation email, please contact us and we will assist you in locating your order in our records.
To initiate a return, contact us at info@thesouthernediblenursery.com, or call/text (919) 410-7008. Once your return is approved, we will provide a free downloadable return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Returns must be requested prior to sending items back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
We do not charge restocking fees.
In some cases, a return may not be required. If applicable, we may issue a refund or replacement without requiring the item to be shipped back.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your plants upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Refunds are processed within 7 days after approval. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
